- To write the Statutes
- To obtain the official stamps for the Book of Acts before the Regional Courts
- Obtain the Fiscal Number for the Community
Once the Community has been constituted and validated in the Book of Acts, this will reflect all the decisions which arise from General and Extra-Ordinary Meetings.
The Indasol Services office will take into safe-keeping all the relevant community documentation.
ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE:
- Elaboration of monthly community fee notifications.
- Yearly accounts for verification by Community Auditor/President.
- Full presentation of yearly accounts to each owner at Annual General Meeting.
- Balance of the financial situation.
- Presentation of the Budget for the forthcoming year in conjunction with the President.
- Situation of Non-Payers.
- Suppliers pending payment , if any, at end of the financial year.
BI-LINGUAL SECRETARIAL SERVICE:
Notifications of Meetings., Presidents Newsletters, etc, in both Spanish and English.
Notifications of outstanding fees every quarter or as required.
Prepare monthly payments to suppliers for signing by Treasurer / President.
Our office location is fully equipped and open all year.
On-going administrative duties:
- Obtain various quotations for all services required by the Community .
- Supervise services contracted and inform the President of progress.
- When necessary, arrange ordinary running repairs if agreed by the committee.
- Inform the President of any major legal/maintenance occurrences which could effect the Community or individual owners.

The INDASOL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT service has been designed especially for those clients who have purchased a holiday home, not only to use for themselves but to generate rental income so that the property in the long run pays for itself. Our service includes the full administration of the property , ensuring payment of bills, keeping the owner up to date with the legislative changes which might effect you and your property.
We carry out weekly security and maintenance checks and will contact you should any matters need bringing to your attention.
